Why Candida Club exists
A way through the food-list confusion.
Knowing where to start is hard when every list seems to say something different. Following a plan adds another layer: meals, groceries and the everyday work of keeping it together.
Built around the work of an ordinary day.
Candida Club began with the problem of making sense of conflicting food guidance and putting it into practice. The idea was to bring that information into a structure you can use: a food guide, meals, a grocery list, routines and a place to keep notes.
The goal is to help you feel more organized about the next step and give you room to make decisions that fit your life.
Food guidance needs context.
The food guide draws on published Candida-focused diet guides, including holistic and functional approaches. Those sources can disagree. Their recommendations are not the same as proof that a food or diet treats a Candida infection.
Use the guide as a starting point for your choices and conversations with your healthcare professional. Your preferences, allergies and personal care advice still matter.
How to read the food guidanceUseful before you become a member.
The public library is free to read. The app preview lets you explore a sample day and a selection of foods and meals. Membership opens the full library and planning tools when you want more.
Articles are written under the Candida Club name. Sources are linked so you can read the context yourself. Content is not presented as clinically reviewed unless a qualified reviewer is explicitly identified.
